I placed an order for an evening gown for an upcoming event I will be attending. I had many questions regarding size, color, fit, etc. The representative answered all my questions via email and provided all the details for my order and when I received the dress it fit like a glove. I highly recommend Mydressline.com to anyone who is looking for evening gowns. During COVID the process was super simple and extremely satisfactory.

I cannot praise mydressline.com enough. I found a ball gown in a local store in Charleston, SC that was not in stock in my size, nor were they able to order it in time for the military ball I was attending on Feb 28. I searched the dress designer and style number online and found that mydressline.com carried the exact dress. I placed my order online and was emailed immediately by a staff member that the dress I just purchased was actually out of stock. I was instantly filled with panic as I had less than a month before the ball and not a lot of wiggle room. I explained this to her and she then reached out to Mac Duggal and worked it out so that they could ship me the dress directly, rather than sending it to them first. She assured me it would be delivered by Feb 10 and it was actually delivered on Feb 7, three whole days early! I also noticed that the box had my name hand written on it with a sticker that said MUST SHIP TODAY. I had a terrible experience with another store and I can't put into words how much mydressline.com put me at ease. I will absolutely be ordering all of my future gowns from them!
