This review is not associated with any order in our system. We have no record of this individual ever purchasing from our store, and the claim made here is false. We take fraud allegations very seriously and encourage customers with legitimate orders to contact us directly so we can assist.

I never write reviews. It is my first one. A website is a complete fraud. I bought several dresses. I received an automatic message that the order is received and to wait until it would be ready to be shipped. After I decided to follow up on an email that was stated on their website with some explanations and the email returned to me as a non-delivered. It was the first strange sign. But I decided to wait anyway. After a complete absence of communication, I informed PayPal that there are no products received and I started a legitimate process with PayPal service (I paid with this system). They wrote to me to wait until the seller will precise some information or at least contact me. I received an email that I will be contacted with a solution within 48 hours. This 48 hours lasted for 1 month, after what the PayPal put the case in my favor and returned my money. I hope it will save somebody's else money. Stay attentive. It is my first experience to pay the products and not to receive communication and products. I READ AN ANSWER THAT THE SELLER PUT BELOW. Well, of course, I was not going to put to millions of people on the platform my real name and the same email I made an order from as it is connected to my PayPal. But you can check the order made 11.02.2020, number of order 1373, for total of 324.73 US dollars, the payment. You are good psychologists to just write that it is a competitor's game. The world is big and there are enough clients for everybody especially if the shop exists at least. TO PEOPLE: I hope my experience will save somebody's pockets and money, if you want to risk anyway and order, do it, but pay through PayPal as I did, I successfully received back my money after the legal procedure of PayPal.

Hello We have always replied to our customers if there is ever an issues with an order is placed. This has never happened. I have also searched by your name “Rada” and we do not have any orders from you which leaves me to believe your are a competitor trying to hurt our business! If you can send me an email with proof of purchase and I will gladly revise my reply on this but if not than I can only say this review is FAKE!! Our order numbers start with 5 digits at least and not 4. Your are a FAKE competitor that is writing this review! You have NEVER purchased anything from our web site. You should be ashamed of your self for doing this! We have opened a case with trust pilot on this FAKE REVIEW!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.... The most unreliable, DISHONEST, rude, people i have ever done business. I ordered a dress my son's wedding and they lied to me about a size and style of the dress. And after waiting 4 weeks they canceled my order. It was the most unpleasant and stressful moment. These people should not be in the business. I will follow a claim to a better business bureau and to IRS. I will make sure what they have done to me does not happen to any other people. They shouldn't get any star. These people have been threatening my family and I after I posted this review. NOW THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT MY REVIEW IS FAKE. WE SHALL SEE WHO IS LYING.... STOP THREATENING MY FAMILY.... THE WORSE THING IS WE GIVE THE COMPANY ALL OF OUR INFORMATION INCLUDING OUR ADDRESS. MY HUSBAND FILLED A POLICE REPORT WITH LAPD... YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO BUSINESS BY THREATENING PEOPLE..... THANKS FOR ADMITTING TO YOUR SCAMS AND FRAUD.... HAVE YOU SEEN MY OTHER REVIEWS ON OTHER SOCIAL MEDIAS. IT IS SOON FOR YOU TO SAY "IT WON'T HURT MY BUSINESS". POST EMAIL? VIOLATION OF COSTUMER PRIVACY!! BRING IT ON.... HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD ATTORNEY....

You first need to learn how to speak with people! Your fake reviews will not hurt our business, maybe you or I should post how you emailed and apologized to us on how rude you were and the type of language you used when you called! You should be ashamed of your self for writing this fake and untrue review!

I would give less if possible. THERE ARE NO RETURNS supposedly which you would think would have been written in red and posted all over prior to ordering. I did go off of the size chart and it didn't fit, No time to alter and too long to exchange and not alter anyway.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have a no money back return policy, which I feel is extremely unreasonable for an online company. I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and the color was very different online verses in person, in addition to that it totally didn't fit correctly, guess I am out $350.00.
