My husband ordered 2 mattress covers which never came, they told us to check with our Post Office which we did, because we thought that the package was never delivered. As we did our research we found out that a package was delivered but not what we ordered, they sent a hat really! They don't respond to your emails, there is no phone number to speak to a live person.

Scamer in china becareful! I order 2 set bed cover, they ship small chip hand towel value $1 So sad😔 Li Fiona （LC net） 2022/12/9 GMT+8 17:20 Hi, Sorry to hear for the above, after checking, we noticed that your above order for the item is wrongly packaged by our warehouse worker, In view of his hard working and difficult family situation, company will not pursue the loss and shipping cost of the wrong product price difference. And he is willing to subsidize his own 20% refund to you to bear his own mistakes Looking forward to your understanding, and give the most sincere blessings

*SCAM!* I ordered two (2) sets of Protective Covers (red and brown) but the company, MYDNAS, mailed me a HAT instead. I would give them ZERO stars! *BEWARE* This company, MYDNAS, is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! They will take your money and NOT send you what you ordered!
