Would not purchase from this company again. I had to email them after two weeks since submitting and paying for my order just to chase the “guaranteed” 1-2 day turnaround for my digital proof print only to then wait over a month once confirmed for my portrait to be delivered which is lovely, but quality I could have easily made myself with Chat GPT. Disappointing to say the least. Lesson learned.

I ordered a portrait of my husband and I back in Nov. for a christmas present for my husband. And my order still hasnt been recieved by UPS. Its now Dec 22nd and i have heard nothing from the company. except for an instant email explaning it takes the company 24-48 hours for the company to reply and that was on Dec 17th. So... with that being said I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMANY IT IS A SCAM!!!!

Our custom puzzle came blurry and in a cracked box. It took too months to come and was stuck in Fremont, CA.

I thought I was ordering from an American company, but instead it appears it is in Hong Kong. The website’s shipping information is terribly inaccurate. The tracking information hasn’t changed since 4/23/2020 and today is 5/14, 2020. I have received no help from customer service and now worry that this company is just a sham. Unfortunately, this item was a gift, but the birthday has now passed....really disappointed. I’ve now requested a full refund and am waiting to hear back. Also, any type of support and correspondence does not come from mycustomportrait.com. It comes from Clothing & Accessories in Hong Kong. I have no idea which end is up with this unfortunate website order. I try to be extremely careful and will not order if I know items are not coming from outside of the U.S., but this company truly scammed me.
