THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE I would rate zero stars if it were an option. I placed an order on 12/5 as a Christmas gift for my daughter and as of January 10th, it's still not here. I have sent multiple communications to their customer support, but I never get a reply, I called the 949.688.6032 number that was provided on 4 different occasions, and after sitting on hold anywhere from 7 - 16 minutes, I was disconnected each time. They took my money, but I have no product to show for it.

I still do not have my blanket after 25 days.

My shipment has been going around the whole world then to the United States of America to then 5 different post offices and states within the USA . It was a Xmas present for my gf and it’s taken almost a month to get here. I know it doesn’t take that long because I’ve ordered plenty of things from China before. Get your shit together.

It’s been a month and still haven’t received my items with no shipping info. I’m thinking this is a scam.

Never got my package but it says they delivered it on the route app

Scam, fraud, do not order anything from them. Sent me a chat gpt generated tracking update which is ridiculous

I ordered you product as a Christmas present for a friend, it arrived well after Christmas, so I bought another version of your product from Amazon, which was here in 2 days, not 3 weeks.

I never received my purchase. Grandson was very disappointed.
