As we explained in the email we sent in response to your request, this shipment was sent through UPS Mail Innovations, so it is possible that UPS marked it as delivered before USPS completed the final delivery. I'm only giving one star because my items are late. A label was generated on 10/26, and the initial tracking said it'd be here around the 28th. I received a notice to say it's delayed, with no further information. If you can track down my package, I'll be happy to amend my rating.
