I was very impressed with the team. The process was simple, and I was glad that they have the customer review everything before it's sent, because I made a mistake on my business address, and this gave me the opportunity to make the correction. You know, when you get to the average telephone center, you cringe, just knowing what a horrible experience it's going to be: Some under-trained individual, reading lines that are pre-programmed, that they're forced to use, no matter how stupid it is. And, this is after pressing multiple buttons on the phone, praying you get a real person. That was simply not the case with my experience. Not only was this wonderful lady knowledgeable (I sincerely apologize that I did not write her name down), but her responses were crisp, her knowledge was deep, and she took total ownership of my entire order. She even followed up on the date she said she would, and completed everything without my having to call again. What a great experience!
