MyCorporation was easy
We established an LLC in a few minutes. MyCorporation took care of the filings with the state. Everything went like clockwork and we have no complaints. They DO call you frequently for a week or two trying to get you to use their payroll help, or tax help, or management help. I get it.....but enough is enough. One or two calls to verify that I didn't want any more help should have sufficed. Still, overall, it was a very good experience and I would absolutely use them again.

Excellent service!
Sure, they try to upsell you, but tbh, I don't mind because I trust their products. Filing for LLC was the simplest task of opening a business, and that's because of MyCorporation. As business owners, we have a million moving parts to think about. It felt great to be able to hand over this major task to a company who knows their stuff, gets it done quickly and follows up to make sure you understand all your paperwork.
