I ordered from this company and the items were low quality and way too big. When I asked to return them, they informed me that they "had recently" moved their fulfillment to China! I had three options - a 15% refund, a 25% gift card for a future purchase or I could pay to ship the items back to China. I will NEVER order from them again! Totally misleading business practices.

My dress came in under 2 weeks, free shipping, got 30% off as well. Only thing was that the pockets weren't even on both sides and the fabric was a bit cheap but for like 15.00$ i consider it good. im serving ⏳ in it (curvy girls it's a must)

I ordered a sweater from them on 5/11 and it said company was located out of buffalo NY. Almost 2 weeks later I got an email saying my package was just being shipped from China. A tracking link that didn't work at all. It said 14-21 days until arrival it has been 21 days not I still don't have the sweater and It is still not being tracked. When I reach out to customer service all I get is an email stating that it takes 14-21 days for a package to be delivered. Lost my money on this one.

I ordered 2 dresses from this place and there was issues with both of them. One was a completely different dress than I had ordered and I can’t even show the picture from my order confirmation email because the picture of that dress disappeared from it! Then, the other dress had one of the straps sewn on all twisted. I’ve tried reaching out, but I’ve realized I was scammed unfortunately now that I’ve read all these reviews. I will update if it is resolved, but I’m not getting my hopes up.

Horrible!!! I have emailed to stop my order as it’s been 6 weeks!! No one responds. There is no number!! DO NOT ORDER from them!!! They should be shut down!!!!!

I placed an order for 2 dresses on 4/18/24. I got an email saying the order had shipped on 4/27/24. They state in their shipping confirmation email to allow 14-21 days from receiving the email to receive the order. I knew it was coming from China so I anticipated a long wait time for customs and whatever. A month came and went, still no dresses. Reached out to customer service on 5/29/24 to track the shipment because the only thing the tracking site could tell me was "Shipment information received." They gave me some BS excuse and said the order was on its way. Well, it's 6/7/24 and still no dresses. According to the tracking site, they're sitting in a USPS facility in New York. It's been 39 days, and I'm sure it'll be another 7 before I get these dresses. They may not even fit at this point because I've literally gotten pregnant in the time it's taken them to ship the dang things. So frustrating.
