Don’t do it! Merchandise looks appealing but it takes a month to arrive and if it doesn’t fit, return shipping to China is on you! $25 for shorts that don’t fit, $18 to send back haha

This company sold a cardigan as cashmere, but upon arrival and checking for labels, I discovered it was 100% polyester. I checked the page this cardigan was advertised on, but there is no mention of fabric other than the headline which says Cashmere Cocoon Cardigan. The company also makes the impression that it is a US-based company with a New York address, yet the item was shipped from China. My Comfy Blouse is deceiving its customers and is a fraudulent company. I would even give them 0 stars it that were an option.

I ordered 3 blouses on August 1st and I have not received anything as of September 16th. They keep sending you % off, but never your overpaid merchandise. Truly a company that deserves no trust. I should have checked the comments too.

Purchased 3 dresses (I should have done a review search first 🤦‍♀️) worst quality I have seen - thought from America has come from China - no lining can see all the attitxhinv I. The inside and material is such poor quality never never buy from this company!!!!

Biggest scam. I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely do not buy. Clothing is from china and terrible quality. Horrible customer service. Only available by email and when they do respond its from a different company. Took a month to receive and they sent wrong size and style from what I ordered. Impossible to return.

They get 0 stars they lie about refunds and returns. They don't respond, I am out of $200 after a promised return and I got nothing. DO NOT order from this company I wish I had read the reviews first😔. Don't waste your time or money on this web site. DON'T DO IT

Like others on this site I bought two blouses which looked great and shipped from Buffalo --- they were terribly made and I asked for a return label. One of the blouses was set up as a recurring charge on paypal --- UNBELIEVABLE! Was told to return to China --- AND I DID. Now still in dispute on paypal ---- they sent an offer for $25 on 50 plus of clothing. I have record that the return has been received in china and still no refund!! This company is a straight up scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I order from here usually an xl is what I wear but just to be on the safe side I ordered a xxl just for it to arrive and it fits like a large on their website they claim they’ll issue you a refund if you’re not happy but that is only if you pay for the shipping to get it sent back to China they’re only solution is offering me a 15% store credit if I keep it and 25% if I send it back to them (they pay for shipping) so either way I still lose out
