However, due to the recent political and trade developments in the U.S.—including newly imposed tariffs—delivery carriers have faced unexpected challenges in adapting to updated customs procedures and clearance times. Hello Miz RB, we just checked your USPS tracking information and we can confirm that your order has successfully been delivered to your address on the 13th of July. Regarding the size issue, the Flexa Velcro band features an adjustable design which we have sold for years and we have many happy customers who wear it every day. In case your wrist is very small and you didn't check the sizing options, this may explain your issue. You did not provide us with any image proof and you are not answering our emails, so at this point, we can't accept your complaints as relevant.
