Absolute clustertrophic mess they don't fix. Cuz they don't have to as they don't care. A giant Corp mess they give two snots about. Years back it was easy user friendly with everything in an organized space for lab draws, appointments, flu shots, covid etc.

Login problems, and passkeys don't work. Once you get inside, the website is just plain SLOOOOOOW. But when it finally comes up, the email that gave you the login link told me to check out "Your Action Items" on the main page to find out why I even needed to visit. Guess what: There is no such heading on the main page. Search turns up nothing. You are on your own with this turd of a website.

The most useless, horrible medical app I’ve ever used. I second every other terrible review, and I hope somebody’s reading this because you need to improve this app and platform. Every other hospital and organization that uses something different is way way better. Fix this. I can’t login. I can’t get test results or a note can’t be read. Messages don’t get to my provider. It’s useless.

Terrible, confusing and not user friendly. Cant it be a user friendly app.?

As a new user I find it very difficult to navigate MyChart and how it relates to the NHS app. I am an experienced Patient/Public Voice in my previous area and with NHSE so this is disappointing.

My doctor's office just switched over to Mychart. It is an absolute disaster. The first thing I noticed is that none of my medicines came over on the conversion. The second thing is that it is now impossible to get new refills for old prescriptions. I have repeatedly put in messages to the doctor, but the doctor apparently never gets them. I called the office and they cannot see that anything has ever been requested. The other thing I did was try to add a new prescription myself so that the doctor could approve it, but it only lets the doctor approve it after my next appointment. That's absolutely ridiculous. I could see patients dying waiting for their prescriptions to be written.

Terrible website. Alwyas difficult to log-in. - A terrible website. - hate to use it.

I have been a doctor for 48 years. Recently I was a new patient at Albany Medical Urology for a follow up appointment for a high PSA reading. I had a "meet and greet" which was just ok! I then had a second blood test done and was quite anxious about the result. I had the blood draw completed and was totally overwhelmed when the RESULTS of that test were published on MyChart BEFORE I ever had a chance to meet with my provider. It was more bad news but to see it in print in such a cold and uncomfortable way was absolutely horrifying! as stated, as a professional I would never even think of the possibility of publishing a very sensitive outcome before I could sit with the patient and be able to not only discuss the lab result but to immediately be able to set aside the patient fears that the test results displayed. This MUST CHANGE, in my opinion, and immediately. The use of communication only works IF the provider READS them and then if they do, they need to respond ASAP noot days later. Under these circumstances I would advise any and all patients to TURN DOWN ever using the MyChart application in the first place. In fact, I am so outraged by this incredibly insensitive platform that I would never even agree to be treated by any doctor who utilizes this platform.
