Product did not help me. Cost me almost $350.00 Very disappointing experience.

This product did not help my symptoms, and I still need surgery. When I tried contacting the company they never return emails or phone calls. I sent my product back for a refund and never received any money back. This is obviously a scam company, just getting rich off of vulnerable people.

My right hand has severe carpal tunnel. My left hand was mild. I decided to get My Carpal Solution and try it for my left hand. I did it the full amount of time, I even emailed twice and got no response back. It made my carpal tunnel worse in my left hand. Now I have surgery scheduled for both, not at the same time. In my first email I told them the tape had come loose three nights and asked if I should wear it another whole week. And no response. I told them it made it worse and no response back. I don't trust this company at all. Still trying to figure out if I have everything I need to get a refund. You only have 30 days for a refund yet you're supposed to wear this longer than 30 days. My left hand is so bad. I stopped 2 weeks early. If you read the paperwork that comes with your order, it will tell you. Sometimes it takes two 6-weeks to get full remission. That's $200. Then they have annual one that you're supposed to get to keep it away so it doesn't come back.

This product is NOT going to cure your carpal tunnel. Let your Common Sense guide you. This is no better than duct taping the back of your hands every night for 6 weeks and see if that works. Would you do that- of course not. Yet another way to get you to part with your money so you can make these "doctors" even more wealthy than they are now. It did absolutely nothing for me and I should have known better but the hope that something would work got the better me. The 30 day money back guarantee??? It is a 6 week treatment period-think about that. There is no 30 day guarantee- not if you are going to give it the full 6 weeks to see if it does anything for you! Spend the money on high quality braces and where them overnight-they will at least have some benefit.

I used the product for six weeks, unfortunately for me it didn’t work at all, I must be one of the 3% that it won’t work on. With the refund policy, after 4 weeks, I contacted the company and Moriah at customer service was very helpful, she arranged to give me an extension after the 30 day period. I continued to use up all the devices which completed the 6 week period. I contacted Moriah and she advised to return the empty packages along with a letter explaining that it didn’t work. Within a week I received a refund for the purchase price less the shipping. Very pleased with their customer service.

Product did not work for me. I faithfully applied the devices to my right hand following the 6 week protocol with no positive outcome. In fact, I think my CTS may have gotten worse. So maybe I'm not a candidate for the cure but the company's return policy is a joke. Quoting from their brochure: "It is a home remedy that you can depend upon with a 97% success rate and a money back guarantee." Upon contacting the company for a return number, I was advised that claim had to be made within 30 days of purchase. So it takes 6 weeks to determine if it works but if not, claim period has expired. This is insane policy especially in this customer centric world. I advise against purchasing this product from this unethical company.

This product doesn't work at all. The money back guarantee is a lie. The directions say to use the devices for the entire 6 week protocol for the full benefit. The catch is to get a refund you have to request it within 30 days of the shipping date. Buy a brace or get the surgery. This product is a complete waste of money.
