I bought this ring back in January and I don't feel and experience any difference without the ring. Their claims are all false! I have reached out to them but zero response. No return guarantee.

Honestly, don't buy this product! Magnets fell out within a couple of weeks, have been emailing them CONSTANTLY since then with literally zero acknowledgement or response. Also, the metal colouring is a little off, looks super cheap, although silver/black may be OK, but still, don't do it!

I ordered 4 rings and a bracelet and received only two rings and the bracelet. I wrote them asking why haven’t I received them all in one parcel. They never answered my email and there’s no sign whatsoever that they will planning to send me the rest of my order… basically got robbed from 100$. I’m still thinking the whole thing is a scam.

Magnets fell out the ring after not even a month of owning. Said they’d sent a replacement and never heard back from them when I chased this up. Waste of money because didn’t really do much anyway.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY! I ordered a ring. What arrived? Insoles for shoes!!! I emailed several times trying to get it sorted and find out where the actual order was - zero response. Not even sure they have a customer service. I even DMd on Instagram, nothing. I tried to get my money back (£55!) via my credit card provider. But Calmi created a fake email to say they'd contacted me. So despite never receiving that email, the case was void and Calmi kept my money. This is a complete scam, a fraudulent company. DON'T waste your money.

On January 11, 2025 I ordered a Calmi Ring and was hoping to try it for sleeping disorder. Approximately 10-14 days later I received a Calmi box with no ring inside. After several communications with the Company I was asked for a photo of the empty box which I did. Today, March 6, after about a dozens emails I haven't heard back from the Company. It's unfortunate that the Company does not follow up to what was a mistake, empty box. They were fast to take the payment but not so fast to ensure the merchandise was delivered to the client. I gave them the benefit of doubt by waiting several weeks to see if they would correct their mistakes.

Purchased 2 rings, one for myself and one for my son. After less than 2 weeks the magnets have fallen out of my sons ring. Wouldn't recommend.
