Well, interesting. The review on their website only allows you to put in five stars. I bought my rings in February 2025. I could not get the ring to close tight enough to wear. (I am a size seven.). I asked customer service to return them. They gave me a hard time until they finally gave me a return address in Dongguan, Guanadong, China. I sent them a tracking number. Now it sits there for the last two months and customer service will not email me back.

Order number given was not able to be tracked! Emailed - no response! When the ring did are arrive one of the magnets was missing. Emailed… guess what, no reply. This is a SCAM!

I was looking forward to trying this ring. Got my ring and within the first few weeks lost one magnet. Reached out right away, got an email response asking for pictures showing the damage. Did that. Got another message apologizing and stating a replacement would be issued right away and should get an email response with a tracking number. This was back in early March, we are now April. I have followed up three times now via email. Responded to the email I got and sent out another new request as I felt I was being ignored. I have no replacement and no email, so now all I have on my finger is metal in the shape of a ring because since my initial email, I’ve lost the other magnets. Very disappointed as I had high hopes for this and the lack of GAF that they have for something they sold and that isn’t working as they promise it will is very frustrating.

Product broke within the first 3 wks. I reached out to CS, they responded days later and letting me know they would send a replacement. Im still waiting. I reached numerous times without a response. I had to dispute the charge on my bank.
