Don’t order from this place! I have never revived my order despite it showing as delivered. I have reached out to them multiple times with zero response. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Company took my money immediately but order never processed. They responded to my first email blaming the shipping company saying a new order would be implemented but still nothing. Now they stopped responding to my emails. Company seems like they are either a complete scam or overwhelmed and ignoring the issues. Either way stay clear still they get their issues sorted!

Received my ring 2 days ago and the magnet has already fallen out! So disappointed. Clearly cheaply made. From looking at their Trustpilot all the 5 star reviews look suspiciously like fake reviews from the company itself.

Awful customer service. No response and still haven’t received my product in 3+ weeks. Beware!

Disappointing Experience with False Advertising I am extremely frustrated with my experience. I ordered a bracelet that was advertised as "one size fits all," but when I tried it on, it stopped circulation and left my hand blue. Now, I'm trying to return the item, but the process has been a nightmare. The return instructions I received required me to pay for shipping and tracking, which seems unreasonable. When I asked why I should be responsible for these costs just a day after receiving the item, I received no response despite sending over 20 emails. It has now been more than two weeks, and they still refuse to accept the return. This has been a disappointing experience, and I feel misled by their advertising. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Shockingly bad customer service, my ring has tarnished really badly within months of getting, you can see the copper coming thru, they answered first email and asked for photos and never heard from them again, do not buy from this company, they’re happy to take your money but that’s it!
