The quality is really impressive, even though I haven’t noticed any changes yet in terms of weight loss. My husband actually loves them too and wears them all the time, which says a lot! I ordered the Calmi earring and they are beautiful. I have received many compliments on them. I then ordered the rings for myself, daughter and a friend. I’m not sure what I should really expect from them, but what I do know is that just having them on makes me feel calm.

My last purchase was a buy-one-get-one deal. I purchased a silver replacement ring for myself and the gold ring for my daughter. I wear my ring every day. I find myself fiddling with it when I'm thinking and it makes me feel calmer and more centered. My daughter wears her ring daily too! I love my calmi rings. I have a silver and rose gold and wear one of them everyday. They hold up to everyday wear.

I am thrilled with the calmi jewelry. I have worn a ring for over a year and do believe have benefited from it with relation to decreased bloating and better sleep. I have rings in silver and gold so I can switch it up with whatever I am wearing. I also have the earrings. I actually encouraged my sister in law to try it for sleep as well.
