I was told the rings are guaranteed. I wore for a weekand it did nothing, and then was told that I can't return because I wore it. How can I determine effectiveness without wearing. I believe all the positive reviews are fake. These rings are garbage, and the company can't even send what was ordered. Ordered rose gold and black. Received 2 gold.

Awful customer service. I ordered two Calmi rings as gifts. I never received them. I contacted customer service who the first time gave me a wrong tracking number and finally a tracking number. That says it was delivered. When I notified them, it was in fact, not delivered. They told me it was not their problem and I had to deal with it with the post office. I have never bought From a company that takes your money and doesn’t provide you a product. Steer clear of this company.

SCAM. Despite mixed reviews, I thought I’d give this company a chance and ordered the Camilo ring. My ring arrived after 10 days and on initial appearances looked ok. Advertised as a “US company” but shipped from China. However, having worn magnet jewellery previously, I wasn’t getting the usual green marks that magnet jewellery often leaves and on looking closely at the inside of the ring, there are no magnets as advertised, but what appear to be blobs of plastic where the magnets should be. The ring itself is incredibly stiff and impossible to bend to size. I have emailed twice asking for a replacement and am yet to receive a reply. AVOID.

Well it eventually arrived. Wrong colour. Said correct one would be sent and now radio silence! Completely disappointed. Crap customer service. Wrong ring. Would never order again. Never buy from this company!

First of all, I submitted bad reviews on their website but they won’t publish it! That why there is only good reviews on their site. Huge red flag!!! The shipment is from China so it’s very slow. The ring looks very cheap. The embedded parts fell off after one week!

I ordered two rings. One silver and one rose gold. Got a damaged silver ring and the other one is gold, not rose gold. And the “magnets” are globs of silicone filling in the spaces where the real magnets should be. Contacted them, was told that the silver one would be replaced because they were aware of some that went out damaged. Since then, no further response from them (I have been sending correspondence regularly). Very disappointed and I believe that a refund should be issued immediately.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I received my rings, they don’t even have magnets in them, just glue in the spots where the magnets are depicted in the ad. Not adjustable at all, was too large on my and too small on my husband. I contacted about a return and was told to ship back to China at my own expense. The kicker is I was provided an incomplete address to return the item so I couldn’t even ship it back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT

Absolutely awful, quality is shocking and they don’t offer refund only store credit (how American can you get) turns out shipped from CHINA not US or UK! They expect you to pay to return it to China where apparently they inspect it and decide whether to refund you or not!!! SCAM Trading standards should be aware but as US based company can’t do anything. Will be going in the bin and making sure people know to avoid like the plaque. Only plus was I ordered when on offer wouldn’t pay full price and shame on instagram for allowing false advertising of a product!
