I purchased a supplement from MyBrainCo…

I purchased a supplement from MyBrainCo for $42.92. It didn't work for me and it made me sick. I started looking up reviews and realized most reviews are on their own website but rarely found any on social media. So i asked to return because it kept making me sick. Before returning the product, I asked a representative if I would get a full refund 42.92, and I was explicitly told yes 42.92(i have the email confirmation), once the return was delivered. After returning it, I only received $35.96 — the product cost — while the $6.95 shipping I paid was not refunded. I feel misled/tricked by the information given by their staff. Be cautious when dealing with this company, especially regarding returns and refunds. Update - I appreciate that the CEO personally reached out to me and understood the issues I had about the refund process. He was polite in his response. I do appreciate the follow-up and resolution.
