Book came in well prepare and looked new!

Order # 220611-3 Sent three textbooks through USPS. Shipping tracking never shows that they arrived. Heard nothing. Checked in 4 weeks later and was told the books were damaged in transit, could not be accepted, and were mailed back. Nearly 4 weeks later and have never received the books. Messaged them again and have not heard back. Did they steal them? Maybe. What are the odds the package is damaged on the way there and then lost on the way back? I sold some other textbooks around the same time through SellBackYourBook.com via UPS and received my PayPal credit within a couple weeks.

Sent my books to them. Didn’t hear anything for months. Finally followed up and they said my books were rejected. I sent them a BRAND NEW book and they didn’t send it back or pay me. I reached out but they would not respond.
