Overpriced - not very professional
Overpriced - you can find deals on your own, they charge 25k fee to be in their program. Got wrong advices on tax situation and which state to open the LLC which holds the property. Had more costs than expected bc of another deed transfer. Be careful reviewing the deals and also the comps they include.

There is no "tax advice" in the program, as opening a LLC can be done in any state. Title companies process quit claim deeds or "deed transfers" for $150-$350 on average.
