Warranty is a scam: We bought a fastback binder from mybinding, and it failed within 10 months of ordering it. Despite having a 12 month manufacturer's warranty - they are asking us to pay for shipping, parts and labor to fix the issue. When I asked about the warranty, they started making excuses about change in ownership

We ordered 2 items, one was shipped the other was never shipped. Order was marked as completed. Emails come back as not monitored, successful in talking to someone and was told the items were drop ship items and they would get to the bottom of it. Since then when I try to call I always get the message stating they are all busy to please call back. Have left messages with no return calls or information from them in any form. It has been over a month now with no results and yes I was charged for the missing item. UPDATE: The phone is now being answered: by the company that took over, former owner was Spiral Binding. I was also able to find out that in fact the Spirol ownership had canceled half of my order the day after it was ordered from the manufacturer of the product. (Like so many orders were being taken, customer charged and then ordered a drop ship from the manufacturer of the item.)

I have been a MyBinding.com customer for over eight years and have always appreciated their reasonable prices and reliable products. My September 2025 order was marked “completed,” but it did not ship and no payment was processed. I have tried reaching out by phone and left messages but have not heard back. I hope to receive a response soon so I can continue ordering with confidence.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Total scam artists. They came out and wrongfully diagnosed an issue with a machine I needed repairing. Charged me half the value of the machine to not do anything to it. They said We were responsible for the initial visit and that included 0 progress on the machine we have. They went ahead and charged the card on file anyway and performed 0 work. Their technician sat around for an hour and waited for "Someone from the office" to call him back before rendering the visit useless. I told them I was willing to pay for the trip and fuel but I do not want to pay for a mistake on their part. They didnt want to hear anything and said they can come back out but the last visit would not be credited in any way. The machine is still down and we were charged half of its value because this company wants YOU the customer to assume the risk for them getting into business. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

We ordered two items and it said they would arrive in 4 to 6 business days. I checked on the status 4 business days later and was told my items were on backorder and they were expected in two to three weeks. No communication from this company at all. Customer service is non-existent. We will not be able to complete our customers order and they will cancel.

No communication. The product we ordered was back ordered. This company never sent an email or called to let us know. We then decided to have them ship overnight to us. Upon calling them the day the product should have arrived, we were informed that the overnight shipping was canceled. The young lady that was my customer service rep was nice, but every question I had for her, she would have to put me on hold and ask a supervisor. Ended up cancelling the order only to have the order arrive 4 days later. Just a terrible experience all around.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I REALLY wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing! Their customer service is awful! This is a shady company! I say shady because they refused to have a conversation with me on the phone and only allowed communication via email because they know they are WRONG! They tried delaying the process so they could say I had it delivered and tried even pursuading me to keep it for money off the order!! I purchased a $2k laminator. I paid for faster shipping because I needed it now. After days of not hearing anything, I reached out and they said it was backordered via chat. After calling the manufacturer, I found out it wasn't backordered. I cancelled this order and purchased it from another company. That company delivered the laminator the next day! I reached back out to MyBinding.com and they said sorry it already shipped even though I already cancelled it prior to it even shipping. I have documentation proving I cancelled it and they started the cancellation process. They have taken $2k out of my bank and refuse to refund me. I NEVER got the laminator!! I've called the bank and made fraud charges. Buyer BEWARE!

Our company depends on binding equipment and supplies. We made the mistake of ordering a commercial punch machine from mybinding.com and it turned into a grade A cluster mess. I'm not sure exactly where things went wrong other than nobody seemed to know what's in stock - couldn't get straight answers for weeks until the machine just showed up at our loading dock. We assembled our staff to start a training session and it turns out they sent us the wrong die. We got a Rhino-tuff die in an Akiles box. They fedexed us another and installed it but the machine kept eating paper. Spent hours with tech support and had to crate the whole thing back up and ship it back. Then called to ordered another machine and nobody called back. Called again in the morning and by closing time still no reply. Cancelled the order and bought from someone else who shipped it a day later. I think the mybinding.com ship is sinking. Won't order from them again.
