The application did ask for personal…
The application did ask for personal and banking information, which made me pause for a minute. I understood it was needed so the lender could review my request, send funds if approved, and set up repayment, but I still made sure to check everything carefully before moving forward.

The site is easy to use and I liked that bear loan explains they are not the lender. I was redirected to a lender in a couple of minutes and could see all the terms online.

If you need up to $5,000 fast
If you need up to $5,000 fast, this is a solid option. Just remember approval and the exact amount are up to the lender, not mybearloan

I asked for a bigger amount
I asked for a bigger amount, but the lender only offered part of it. It covered some bills, not all, so I’d call the experience just okay.

I liked that mybearloan is free to use and works on my phone. One form, one lender, and I could e-sign everything from home without going into a store.
