Don't use service
I started using their service in November 2025, the service was awesome, the support was top-notch, issues gets resolved in matters of minutes, I fell in love with the service till I start depositing money in thousands of dollars and everything changed. Starting February 2026, I wasn't allowed to Fund my card from my wallet balance anymore, and I have over $600 in my wallet lying unusable. I have been writing support ever since and there was no resolution till this month of May 2026, the support no longer replies my messages since April. I have sent hundreds of emails to their support and also from the app chat, once they see my message, they ignore and no longer respond. I still have the funds dormant in my myAza wallet, unusable and can't withdraw either. This service looks like a scam to me, once you start funding with big money. As at the time of writing this review 27/05/2026, makes it 1 month and 8 days of writing without response nor resolution. Unless maybe it will be resolved in the future. I wish this platform allows screenshot, I would have attached all screenshots EDIT As at today 06/07/2026, myAza have stopped responding to my messages. The last response I got from them was on 25/05/2026, all they do now is read and ignore. On 28/05/2026, they deleted my virtual card. And I have alot of money with them in dollars. So this confirms my suspection that the service is Scam 100%
