Very poor quality service.. Stay Away from them.. Their ticketing system is broken... most items in their customer portal dont work.. Pathetic customer service.. they dont even try to help....

Avoid! They offer (advanced plan) telling many advanced specifications. But hiding the most important thing: the RAM which is only 256MB. once your site start, your suffering will start as well and will face endless stops. The solution will be 240$ / year for 1GB, which is crazy. At the end you will leave the host after paying them and loosing your money, customers and/or nerves. They will reply: You should ask us before purchase since we give you a free trial. I would answer in advance. During the trial, I had no prob. at all. That is why I said (avoid) because they should be honset with the clients to tell all the details, speciall if there are specific killing points.

Horrible company...they will never answer your call at all.our website not working for the last three days and they dint fix it.horrible company..dont buy from them.

I purchased hosting plan but 9 nov 2019 website not working or no support give by help desk very bad support it's very bed I try to contact with hosting provider but it's not working very worst service...
