Please do not get suckered in by the nice shoes and the reasonable prices. This company is horrible!! Refunds are basically nonexistent because they really don't want to take anything back. When you contact about a refund, due to anything other than their error, they require you to pay the shipping to return the items back to China and may offer a refund amount equal to pennies compared to what you paid. Please do not order from this company. Let our consumer power speak to companies like this.

I ordered shoes from this company during August 1st and they arrived 4 weeks later. First of all the shoes on the web site are used for deception. Once the shoes arrive they are not the same shoes advertised. I wear a size 14 shoe and ordered a size 47 according to their size chart. I guess this is china conversion which is WAY off!!! When the shoes arrived, one was equal to a US 12 and the other shoe was size 13. When I contact the sales rep. They wanted a picture of the shoes heel to heel which I the person sent an email stating to keep the shoes which is stupid since I can't even get the left shoe on! They offered a 20% refund which is insane! I told them this is a scam and they should be reported. The shoes cost $35.00 and they refund $12.34. How can the rep. not know what is being shipped? They want to many pictures sent once you request a refund. Buyers beware of this scam!!

BEWARE - When you receive a poor quality product and want a refund, here's the response from Myallfeet : Service @ myallfeet 10:10 AM (1 hour ago) to me "Dear customer, We are sorry for the unsatisfied purchase. Could we apply a 20% refund to your items as the compensation and you could keep the items? Waiting for your reply. Have a nice day!"

I received shoe but the size was too long in toe for my other shoes of the same size. I followed their refund policy of "in 14 days, can return with no reason". That didn't work, as they offered to return 20% and then I could keep shoes. I said no, I want to return them for full refund and that was the last I heard from them. Their refund policy is a complete scam!

I and others have the same experience, the wait is too long. I purchased the sandals on the 15th of June and now 8th of July and I am still waiting. I hoping that the wait is worthy. Technology is too advanced for them not to be able to meet customers need. They should be abled to do better.

Piece of JUNK! Came in a bag from China. All mangled when they arrived. Size 14? More like size 10 and narrow! Of course, their policy prevents returns. Hope they put my $40 to good use! Fraud and a scam. Don’t waste your money!

I ordered my husband some SoSo shoes from Amazon and he loved them and so did my son. My son wears a size 15 in shoes and they did not have his size. So when I saw this website had his size I jumped on them WITHOUT reading the reviews first. Placed order on 4-29 and just received them today 5-18. Had to email company about shipping confirmation and tracking is horrible. Shoes arrived and they are NOTHING like the original shoes. They don’t even weigh the same. These feel like styrofoam instead of rubber. My son is disappointed.

This is the worst online company. Ordered two pairs of shoe, after waiting for two months, shoes arrived. Guess what?? Wrong color, wrong size, low quality, everything fake. This company is SCAM. Please stay away from this company for your peace of mind. They don't even deserve a star
