Everything was good. The items took long to arrive and are the wrong size. I ordered a size 13 but received a size 12.

They are not slip resistant. They took along time to get here.

Service was good. Ease of ordering was good. Packaging was disappointing and needs drastic improvement. No box - just wrapped in a cheap cloth bag and then plastic.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, got reply order was received. Got them today. Size 44 a bit tight, but shoe seems good quality and they DID arrive, though no way to track. They need to have some kind of tracking, and possibly better...or some..customer service.
