do not order said made in America but it is a lie. they did not send receipt after order like most company and lost my order. should have follow my instinct when i did not see phone number

This company is horrible and I feel like is a scam. First off when I ordered two pairs of shoes after placing my order there was no information on a shipping time or the usual details when you place an order anywhere else. So that alarmed me and I was immediately trying to cancel my order. When I pushed the "edit" button in my order so that I can cancel my order there was no choices of anything. Just a picture of what I ordered and the total costs and shipping prices. There was no options to cancel or add anything to my order. This is very unusual as I have always been able to do this EVERYWHERE else I have placed an online order. The only way to cancel my order was through an email link in an email they sent to me stating that my order has been "fowarded to the warehouse to ship." I emailed that I wanted to cancel and it took a day for someone to respond and they barely knew how to write english. Long story short, now that my order is finally being cancelled. They are charging me a 7% restocking fee AND are telling me I will receive a refund in "10 working days at the earliest." And than states "If you don't receive the refund finally, please contact us in time." Really? What does that even mean? I have never had a refund take 10 days. This company is a total scam!

Never shop here we pay 50 dollars for shoes that look nothing like the picture they are trying low blow me by saying they only give 30 percent at this point I feel like paying shipping cost to China just to prove a point.. garbage product.

A HUGE SCAM! Ordered a size 15 for me, and they didn’t fit. Had my dad try them on, they were too small, and he is a size 11. Sent an email to the “company” stating as much, and asked for the return address and a full refund. Their response? “Trust that we are legit company…we will offer you 10% refund and you give shoes to relative or friend…” I replied back: “No. As per your return policy, I will accept a full refund.” Their reply to that: “Please consider a 30% refund and give the shoes to relative or friend, as it would be a hassle to return, yada yada, also include customs slip so it doesn’t get held in customs, yada yada…” This company is a f***ing scam. Do NOT give them your money!

I Ordered a jacket for my brother, took forever for it to get here and when it did... it was way too small.. I said no big deal, I will replace for bigger coat.. they had taken my money when ordered.. I sent them an E-mail Stating the problem and the reply I got back was " give the coat to someone that it will fit and we can/ will give you a 10% discount to BUY ANOTHER COAT.. I have NEVER had this happen, I paid for the product and they should replace it for the proper size because they run REALLY REALLY small and I paid for it!!!.. but they won't do that.. I will take my business elsewhere DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! READ REVIEWS FIRST to see all the people with complaints.. I didn't read them or I wouldn't have waited my time and money.. BEWARE!!! DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I did think I would go ahead and reOrder and agreed to do so.. after thinking about it... I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THIS!!

I suddenly started getting promotional mail .....I don’t want it so requested to be unsubscribed as it’s definitely ANOTHER scam China company that robs people ,(I’ve been caught in the past and PayPal is the best way to pay these people as they fight your corner and get your money refunded. Best thing to do is threaten them with legal action.

They have the worst service ever none of their are what they say they are and when they send you the wrong thing they won't pay to have it shipped back but will give you $10 and keep the rest of your money will never order from them again.
