I ordered what I thought were Hey Dude shoes. First, it took over 3 weeks for delivery. When googling details on my order, found that they shipped from china… Shoes arrived and I noticed they were knock offs. No label inside shoe and certainly not the Hey Dude Quality!! I wear a size 12, eventhough it said 12 I could not put on my feet. They must be one or two sizes small. The company wanted me to take pics inside and out to see if they sent correct size. That’s the first thing. Yes, they were labeled size 12. They suggested we give or donate them as a gift…really?? If we decided to send back we would have to ship to China at our costs with a 15% refund.

Spam site. They sell fake knock-offs of name brands. Lengthy shipping. 8 emails and counting to get a return processed, looks like that won’t happen. Don’t order here! If you do, call the cc company to return the charges as this is a spam company.

My son ordered a pair of Hey Dudes. They took forever to arrive. I had even sent an email to the company to cancel the order with no response when we found out they were coming from China. When we finally did get them, they are very poor quality and fake. There are no labels or brand name on them at all. Guess we are stuck with them because it would cost more than we paid to return to China! Buyers beware!

This company should not be allowed to do business anywhere in world. Don't buy from this sweatshop producer of extremely poor quality products. They advertise leather and suede, but their shoes are neither. Instead, they're vinyl and cheap fabric. Returning is cost prohibitive, given that you have to ship back to China. If you're lucky enough to actually engage with someone in customer service, they'll promise you remedy, but they'll never deliver and they won't respond to follow-up messages. I ordered through PayPal and was able to seek remedy through PayPal.

I wish that I could give no stars. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! How are they allowed to operate? I ordered to pair of shoes and have received nothing!!! There are no numbers to call. There is no physical address. No customer service WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONER

Doesn't even deserve one star. Reviewed fake pair of shoes, not wanting like what I ordered. The quality was the cheapest materials. So disappointed and they took my money and ran!!
