No way to contact the company. They just give loop responses on the chat. Took 115 for shoes and they charged my credit card but now say they can't find the order. I have the screenshot of the order so I will try to get my credit card company to stop payment......Do not use this website!

Don’t waste your money. I wish that I had done some research before spending $115 on crap shoes. I ordered what I thought were Birkenstock clogs. What I got was a bad tooth of the shoe that I was ordering. I contacted the company and they said they were sorry that the shoe was too small. That if I wanted they would give me $20 back on my purchase. I told them that was not adequate enough and I would just like to return it for a full refund. The customer service person I spoke with kept offering me $30 that they would refund me or $40 that they would refund me. When all I wanted to was to return The shoes that were very misleading by the description and size. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they would not resolve the issue. I am stuck with a crap pair of $115 shoes. Do not order from them!

This company came up as a top choice on google for online shoes. I ordered shoes and noticed immediately that there was no timeline for delivery or tracking info. I immediately looked up their policy to stop a transaction, emailed them, and requested that they stop the transaction and they didn't respond. They charged my credit card and now I am going to have to dispute the charge. I wish I would have looked on Trust pilot first. Hopefully this helps someone else.

Fake shoes, dishonest company, total rip off. They should be arrested. The offer "credit" after 3 emails arguing. Finally had my credit card company handle it and dispute the charges. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Same as all the other reviews. Would rate zero if i could. replied within 14 days of receiving product and have not heard anything back at all. the shoes were to small for the stated size and hurt my feet. If anything order 1/2 to 1 full size over to Us size if you have to order from them. Quality was substandard also. I'm still waiting to hear back from them after a month of my complaint and resent the email . I recommend dont get shoes from this company .

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were far too small. I have been wearing size 9 shoes for over 50 years and have only experienced this problem when buying cheap junk from China. When I contacted them about a refund I was advised to donate the shoes and accept a 15% refund to avoid the cost and hassle of their refund procedure. Otherwise I would need to wait for their super secret return address and I would not be refunded any shipping costs. At best I am going to lose almost half of what I paid and all because their product is defective. Do not do business with these people,... they are not honorable brokers.

its so terrible the quality is horrible and they use cheap materials just for long shipping time and you could buy better reps for cheaper smh
