The shoes I received looked like the shoes I thought I was ordering but upon receiving them,I learned that they although they looked like them, they werent.

Not actually Birks
Not actually Birks. Bought Men’s 11 but it’s small enough to where I can fit in to it, Women’s 7.5. Asked to return and get refunded but they responded first saying they will refund me 10% and discount for buying another pair. I asked for a full refund and return label but they came back saying shipping is expensive so they will give me 35% refund and 20% discount. I believe it is fake because it does not have Birks imprinted on the bottom like the real ones and the size said M11 when it obviously was not. It will be embarrassing to gift this to anyone, and would like a full refund.

Not what I expected
Boots were very cheaply made on top. Soles seemed good but the top on the boots were like polyester or something weird. Felt bad because they were a Father’s Day gift. Had to buy a second pair.

Counterfeit goods
Counterfeit goods. Shoes smelled like gasoline when they arrived. Couldn’t even keep them inside the house. Buyer beware

Ordered shoes
Ordered shoes, did not receive a confirmation number or email or shipping information. Shoes were 120$ and they charged my account and I sent proof to the email provided of it coming from Bank clearly showing their company name as being the ones who charged me and they jus stopped replying to my emails. I had to have my bank dispute the charges
