these were a generic brand that were sent quality was horrible and would never purchase from them again

Products are made in China and totally bootleg. The difference between a “Birkenstock” purchased from MyAllFeet and a Birkenstock purchased from Birkenstock’s official website is like night and day. Avoid at all costs.

The shoes I received were very flimsy and non-supportive. They were very cheaply made. Also I ordered U.S. size 13 shoes but you sent me European size 46 which is smaller than U.S. size 13. Consequently the shoes I received are too small and tight for my feet and I can't wear them. I tried them on and they felt terrible. You need to get your sizing correct and send me the right size shoe or refund my purchase price.

I purchased what I thought were genuine Birkenstocks. What I received were definitely not real Birkenstocks and they didn't even come in a box.

Total fraud! I was clearly sent knock-offs and then the return policy is not met. Never again!
