I thought I'd take this time and share that I am very pleased with the coordinators Siedah and Lizdaly these are two very pleasant women very helpful and humble in their positions I appreciate all they do and how they help me thank you so much for having them on our team. greatly appreciated.

Siedah was very professional and helpful the entire process of finding me a client down to getting my client.

From my very first call to All American Home Care, Aileen Reyes has been beyond helpful, friendly & professional towards me. I was definitely impressed. Then a few weeks after I started working, I was trying to find out where my paychecks were & repeatedly given the runaround everytime I called the office. I spoke with payroll, human resources, my coordinator & the receptionist, all of which gave me different answers. I reached out to Aileen who not only responded right away, but also made sure the problem was quickly taken care of for me. To say she has gone above & beyond her job description would be an understatement. I don't write reviews often but I felt that her hard work is commendable & should be acknowledged!

This review is for Linda. She was very professional, timely, and efficient. She helped my sister when no one else could. She went above and beyond for her and we are extremely grateful. Amazing service!

This company says that they have 24/7 and Weekend help my mother has been without a care taker for almost a month Saturdays and sundays she has called and the company says they have noone also every few weeks there's a different social worker and want to call and ask the same questions over and over again that is very frustrating and makes you wonder what is going on with that company. I guess if there is noone that wants to work I will have to call her medical insurance to find another agency.
