I met Charlotte for the first time. Her vibe was so welcoming and pleasant. She took her time (into her lunch) to welcome me and go over any and all questions I asked. If all of the staff is like Charlotte warm, welcoming and pleasant, I am glad to be working with her and the agency. She displayed excellent Customer Service.

Im not even a worker at this company, Im still going through the process (paperwork, etc etc) to become one with my grandmother as my patient who is on hospice. My case manager Belinda from the time I called the company from my facebook timeline till present has been nothing but Jesus assistant with me and my family. She has gone up and beyond with us. She has even allowed my on numerous occasion to just call and vent to her my personal frustration with having a family member in hospice. I pray I make the cut to be part of the company who has employees like Belinda. She is changing the game and setting the bar HIGH in this competitive world of Home Health Care Agencies.
