All American Home Care Was founded as All American Hospice LLC at 139 Bustleton Pike, Feasterville, PA in 10/18/2011. The company was founded on the idea that every patient that receives end of life service needs more care then they are currently receiving. The company started to compete with some of the best and brightest hospice agencies in the state of Pennsylvania. The primary difference that the company offered is a Language Program and a Increase in Frequency program. These two wonderful programs which improved patient’s quality of care, and connected with more patients that never knew about the hospice benefit. With the success of All American Hospice in September 2013 All American Home Care was born. Now All American Home Care & Hospice operates out of 3 offices. MS. Linda is great. She has been patient and the attention she gives me to help me understand what every stage was until my service started. She is friendly and if I have any questions she's there to answer.she makes really happy with my decision to work with all American for my in home care.

Constantly changing coordinator
My mother hasn't have an issue until about 4 months and this is really upsetting her making her blood pressure go up. Every few months there is a different coordinator their system is not the greatest. Coordinator has called my Mother's phone saying that the worker signed in from a different location which was not accurate the worker was at the home when the coordinator called this has happened several times. They really need to go after those people and investigate the ones that have no worker and clock in and out their own selves or doing illegal things. This is unacceptable we have cameras at the house and would not mind showing that the workers are there when they are supposed to.

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. My home aide has done a great job helping me. It makes life easier. I thank God for All American Home Care.

All American Home Care is still the best job to me. I got my all American logo uniform shirts n proud to wear them letting everyone know i represent such a wonderful caring company.

Absolutely one of the best companies…
Absolutely one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of working for. The staff is second to none in providing exactly you need to succeed. You can always count on the recruiters and coordinators to keep you up to date with anything All American. For sure Linda Felix has been exceptional. She has been solid as a stone when it comes to providing information regarding everything All American. As for other employees, they also have expressed their professionalism and provided A1 service since day1. Angela DeJesus and S.Lovera does remarkable work at the Allentown location. I am satisfied to say the least.
