Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried to cancel an item before it shipped within one hour of placing the order. Was told it was too late and would have to return it. Once it got to me I followed the instructions to return it. Took pictures and videos of the unused radiators. Was then told that per policy they would only be able to credit me $75 of the $135 that I paid and would also have to pay for shipping. The partial refund was never disclosed in the return policy. Go to amazon instead. Avoid this company at all cost.

I wanted to buy wheels, but considering the reviews, I’m going to look elsewhere. Thanks, Trustpilot.

This place sucks don’t ever buy from here the shipping cost more than the product shipping takes a month for a tube! I don’t ever recommend buying from here

Extremely disappointed in the product and customer service. I purchased a set of wheels for my 2017 KTM 500 EXCF. I had less than 500 miles on the wheels when the bearing in the cushdrive exploded,causing the sprocket to immediately grind into the swingarm and almost lockup the back tire. I contacted customer service, they simply stated that because I am outside of the 6 month warranty, that there is nothing they can do to remedy my situation. I am out $749.90 for the wheels, plus another $700 to replace the swingarm that was destroyed. I would highly advise against buying anything from this firm.
