I had purchased an Alpinestars helmet from a guy and it had been over 5 days and he wasn’t shipping the helmet. I reached out to customer support and they were absolutely amazing. Got right on the seller and told me if it wasn’t shipped the next day they would ship one same model to make it right. And what do you know? It was shipped next day. MX Locker is a great app/company. I’ll always buy my items through them.

So I’ve used mxlocker since it first started. By far my favorite. I’ve bought and sold so much on there, they make it so easy. The biggest thing I like is how their customer service is. It’s not a couple hundred employees all from foreign countries like eBay or Facebook. It’s a small group of guys that handle things on the spot. I had one ordeal recently that I ordered a part for a bike I’m working on which ended up being for the wrong bike. I should have looked at pics better so partially my fault. The seller reached out to the guys they started the return. Apologized up and down but it wasn’t even their fault they offered to help me find the correct part, very helpful through the whole process. Definitely feel like a customer and not just another number. Huge props to these guys

MX locker are great!!! They helped me find the right parts and got it shipped quickly as possible. Will continue to do business with them with any ATV parts in the future.

Excellent service and really great gear I will continue to order all my motocross gear from them I've ordered new boots and riding outfit had them both within 2-3 days and anytime I had a question for support no matter the time if day they were quick and fast definitely referring mx locker to all my motocross buddies

Tell me where else someone could hook me up with a subframe for a bike that’s over 10 years old MX Locker hooked it up, linked me with the right guy got me back riding within a couple days
