MX LockerReviews of mxlocker.com

Used to a great peer to peer platform. Now is a glorified eBay with drop shipped junk and wholesale parts.

Terrible service! I've been waiting for a response from MXLocker support for a week now—total silence. I can't withdraw my money from a sale, and my account got blocked for no reason. Feels like the admins just disappeared. Wouldn’t recommend!

My account on MXLocker was blocked without any explanation. I still have no idea why this happened or what the reason could be. The support team is absolutely useless. I've been waiting for a response for about 9 days now, but they completely ignore my messages. Instead of addressing issues privately through email or phone calls, they only respond publicly on sites like Trustpilot. This makes no sense and raises serious concerns about how this company operates. Something is clearly wrong with MXLocker. Stop this madness before more people are affected!

MXLocker, please restore my account or return my money! I followed all the rules, provided all the requested documents, but my account was blocked without any explanation, and my funds are being withheld. This is unfair and destroys trust. I’m asking you to review my situation and resolve the issue. I just want access to my account or my money back. Please show that you respect your customers and do the right thing.

My friend had a terrible experience with MXLocker, and I can’t stay silent about it. He ended up with neither his money nor his goods after trusting this platform. He provided all the requested documents and strictly followed all the rules, yet MXLocker withheld $1,150—a significant amount of money that was crucial for him. They restricted his account, blocked him from withdrawing his funds, and ignored his questions. Instead of real answers, he only receives generic responses and repeated requests for the same documents over and over again. This is unfair, outrageous, and a blatant violation of ethical business practices. To make matters worse, MXLocker acts dishonestly even on Trustpilot by deleting negative reviews to hide their poor reputation. This clearly shows they are engaging in unethical practices and undermines customer trust entirely. My friend demands an immediate refund of his money. If this issue is not resolved, he plans to take legal action and file complaints with regulatory authorities. He also wishes to speak with the company’s management to address this disgraceful situation directly. MXLocker, stop ignoring your customers, return the money, and stop covering up the truth by deleting reviews. Honest business is not built on such actions. I hope you do the right thing and resolve this matter fairly and peacefully.

I had a terrible experience with MXLocker, and I feel like I’ve been scammed. I ordered a KYB Factory Kit for $4,700 and went on vacation right after. When I got home, I saw the package was marked as delivered, but it was signed for by someone I don’t know. None of my family members accepted it, and after talking to my neighbors, no one saw anything either. I contacted USPS, and they told me that the package with my tracking number wasn’t even meant for my address and was actually the size of an envelope, not the large package I was expecting. They advised me to reach out to MXLocker directly, which I did. Now here’s the worst part — I haven’t heard anything back from MXLocker in days, and my account has been blocked. I can’t even check my order status or contact them through their platform anymore. This feels incredibly shady, and I’m shocked at how poorly they’ve handled this situation. If you're considering buying from MXLocker, I strongly recommend thinking twice. This whole experience has been nothing short of a nightmare order number #70474

I tried to buy stuff on MX Locker and I hated it. It was my first and last time. The customer support is awful and useless. All they car is just to get their money after that if you have a complain they just block your account

My first experience with MX Locker and it did not go well. I ordered a pair of goggles and did not receive them until several messages with the seller and customer support over 2 weeks. Finally I got the package and was fine with the wait until they sent a completely different color. Contacted everyone again and it took a week to get a return label, I sent them back immediately after being told I better send them back within 48 hours. They received the item back and nothing. They were supposed to send out the correct goggles but yet no acknowledgement that they received the return or any intention to send out the correct item. Contacted everyone again and finally just asked for a refund after dealing with this for over a month. MX Locker did promptly refund my money. Probably one of the worst first impressions you could make.
