Hello Koinsta, we are sorry to hear that you're having a bad experience. As we explained in the support ticket, the issue is with our provider Cloudflare and nothing we can do directly. We are working with Cloudflare's support to fix it, but this is nothing we can solve on our end. As a proof, if you use a VPN you'll see that your download will work just fine.
