A zero star review for this lot would have been generous! Be very careful if you buy anything from this online store as you will probably wait a huge amount of time before you get your items delivered ... that is if they deliver them at all (I never received my items). On 3 October 2026 I ordered a number of items (worth just under $100) from this company. They indicated on my receipt that my items were being prepared for shipping (and their website indicates delivery within about four days). After nearly two weeks I tried to phone them on their advertised number ... no answer "all our staff are busy ... leave a message and we will get back to you etc". What I surprise that no-one called. Another THREE phone calls and four emails and NO RESPONSE or acknowledgement whatsoever. I have reported them to the NSW Consumer Affairs and hopefully can get a credit card chargeback from this lot of unprofessional "cowboys". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a monitor on 9th of September. I followed up on a number of occasions. Did not answer their phone or respond to work-based chats. After 5 weeks, they replied and said they would need to order in the monitor. How is that even possible after five weeks? I purchased from another online retailer, and it was delivered the next day.

Brought a gpu and its faulty, contacted 3 differnt emails, called multiple times but no one awnsers and even talked to there stupid AI bot to get through to a real person with no response. Goodluck if you buy somthing and want any kind of support.

Sell stuff out of stock and cancel order a week later. Useless

I ordered the incontinence protective TrueMen under ware from UMWAVE and received a product which was not padded . When I communicated my issue several times with Rachel she insisted it was the correct product. I even sent pictures showing it was not padded. I was offered 50% refund which does me no good still need to use a pad. The product I received took 4 weeks and then wrong very unhappy.

What I ordered is not what I got. Not even the same brand name (Chunei). What was portrayed as multiple layers of absorbing material is one layer of a very questionable fabric. Refund policy is questionable. Product must be returned to point of origin in China. Cannot verify size as only label gives brand name.

Be careful chasing lower prices — warranty claims can be difficult. This was my first purchase with Mwave, and I’m very disappointed. The MSI monitor I bought failed after six months. Mwave in Strathfield rejected my warranty claim, alleging physical damage. The monitor was mounted the entire time and simply faded before going completely black. Given the after-sales experience, I would not recommend them.

Not only did they take more than a month to acknowledge they were in financial trouble, after I cancelled my order they then shipped the items I'd cancelled (I had already sourced them elsewhere) and resulted in 4 months of back-and-forth daily trying to get a refund. Do yourself a favour and avoid these thieves. The amount they refunded was less than what I paid them.
