Rob – I’m sorry we fell short on getting you product specifications and the delay in order processing. We really strive to turn our orders around within a day or two but sometimes we fall short. Matthew – I’m sorry we fell a star short but we’re working hard to do better. While I do live every other week in Missouri, I am very lucky to have a great staff, particularly a great General Manager, David McDaris. If you have any issues in the future that you feel require my attention and it’s the week I am not at Missouri Wind and Solar, please ask to speak with him as he has my full confidence and authority.
