Even though Missouri Wind and Solar is expensive on some products, I consider dealing with the company as of great value. The one thing I like best about Missouri Wind and Solar is its customer service practice. Nowadays when you call up a company for anything, you are most likely to speak to a machine. And getting to talk to a person can actually take a lot of time if you ever get to be successful at finding somebody on the other line. With Missouri Wind and Solar, it's very different. It does not take long at all to speak to someone. I have spoken to two individuals within a week and they are very competent to provide guidance and advice. I find them very nice and courteous too. So I wholeheartedly give the company a five-star mark which they deserve.

I have had two experiences. At both times M W&S had great customer service. I changed an invoice, a shipping address and they were courteous and accommodating.

The products perform as advertised or better. The staff is absolutely amazing. Helpful in purchasing and all follow up, tech support etc. All around great experience. Already recommend them to any who ask.
