My wife and I finished installing our home made wind genorater today and would like to thank your company from me and her here in Canada! the needle bearing we ordered from you would be a tough part to find at a local hardware store. Also we are excited to see the weather resistant couplers in action over the winter months.

The product works well, was delivered quickly, was easy to install and price is competitive. The online information about their products is inaccurate to their detriment. The online information did not technically agree with the information provided by the sales representative This required many days of communication before I felt comfortable I was buying the correct product.

I called MWS for pricing on wind gen charge controller. In so doing I asked for advice and based on that advice I made the purchase of wind gen chg ctrl and power dump ckt. The equipment arrived as advertised and in perfect shape. I installed the equipment and had it running in one day. I plan to return to my cabin soon to check the operation of the equipment. If TRUSTPILOT asks me for a follow up report I will let you know how the equipment is operating. So far I am very satisfied with the order, receipt, installation and operation of the equipment. I did not give a 5 star because I need to do follow up on the extended test of the equipment.

Have had good experiences ordering and quick shipment, shipping cost I thought was a little much. $21 for 11lbs. Technical support was helpful but a little lacking knowledge wise, but very helpful as much as he could of been. He mention being newer and still learning. This was about 4 months ago for the tech help btw. Would buy from again, have good pricing in my opinion.
