TestReviews of mvmisleep.com

I needed a new pillow badly and bought several that I just couldn’t handle until the MVMI. I love it. A pillow is a very personal choice but if you’ve been eyeing this one I suggest trying it. My months long search has come to an end with the MvMi in-fact I may buy another for back up incase they stop selling them.

Repeat customer, came back to order a second pillow set. FedEx lost the pillow in transit and the seller (MVMI) refused to do anything to help, just kept telling me to deal with FedEx. I'm not FedEx's customer, I WAS theirs. Filed a claim with PayPal to resolve this.

Let me start out by saying I have been looking for new pillows for 35 years! I know it’s gross, but I have been using the same pillows since college. I can’t sleep without them. I travel with them and go back and forth to our beach house with them etc. I have bought tons of pillows over the years. $300 pillows and cheap pillows and everywhere in between. They just were never right. Couldn’t sleep. To tall, too fluffy, too low, you name it. I bought these to try and……..they are perfect!!!!! I LOVE them. Just the right height. The stuffing doesn’t spread out and rise next to my mouth, etc. I bought 6 of them and have them at various locations waiting for me. I love them. Love them. My search in finally over. Thank you.

Very happy with my pillow and the company. I had another MVMI pillow and it was FLAT…. I wrote a mediocre review. They reached out and offered an other pillow! Great customer service and i got a terrific nights rest!! Thanks!

I have had multiple surgeries on my neck and have neck pain every day. I’ve been looking for the right pillow to sleep on and have stacked up at least 12 other pillows in the closet before this pillow. I kept my box for a week because I was skeptical and finally, I can throw it away because the pillow is not going back. Just the right amount of support and comfort whether you put on one of the squares or move your head between the squares you can find comfort.

Although the pillow did not meet my medical needs - I have occipital neuralgia and nothing seems to relieve the pain, I found MVMI’s customer service to be outstanding. They reply quickly and really work with you in order to make your experience dealing with them a pleasure. I can’t remember a better customer service experience.

I placed my order 14 days ago as a Christmas gift and, unfortunately, it still hasn’t shipped. Despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve received no clear updates or resolutions. While I can’t speak to the quality of the pillow itself, I can confirm that the customer service and shipping processes are extremely disappointing. If you value timely deliveries and effective communication, I strongly recommend considering a different company. Save yourself the frustration.
