Avoid purchasing from this company. I recently bought a leaf blower from Muxtool, believing I was purchasing from a UK-based seller. Unfortunately, I found the product to be of very poor quality and asked to return it. I was then told that the item must be returned to China at my own expense—even though international return costs may be very high. The company offered partial compensation if I kept the product instead. Potential buyers should be aware of the returns arrangements before ordering. In my experience, if you are dissatisfied with the product, returning it could be difficult and expensive. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have purchased from this company.

One battery is ok the other battery not working properly

My leaf blower was delivered but was not working correctly with the battery I installed. I contacted Muxtool about the problem but in the meantime I tried the other battery and it worked properly. Muxtool were excellent in trying to resolve the problem with excellent communication and the problem has been resolved as they are going to send me a replacement battery.

Bare posetivt å si om firmaet.mvh.A.K

Daarom Muxtools is goed

Excellent customer service! I am willing to pay more for a product when I know the company backs their products. I ordered the cordless paint sprayer a few months ago but never unboxed it, I was waiting for all of my new fencing to be up. When I finally opened it and charged the batteries - it would not start. It turned out a little piece was broken off when you pull the trigger and it’s supposed to push the power button in. I sent photos and description to MuxTool and they responded very quickly, were apologetic, and are sending a replacement right away. I will definitely purchase from them again the future!
