I would give 0 stars just because of the complete absence of customer service for returns. I ordered a BOGO in my normal size. The shoes (both pairs) were too short and the top opening with the tongue wasn’t comfortable at all just walking around my house. It was pretty aggressive for me. Pretty sure these are all men’s shoes. I tried to instigate a return on their website, but apparently it’s only set up for exchanges, which I only found out after taking a bunch of pictures of the shoes to show they weren’t used. I then emailed the Help Desk with all of the pics and they responded my case was being passed along for refund. That was days ago and I’ve followed up twice with no response of where to send everything. Ridiculous and I can’t afford to lose $150. Stay away unless you are sure you want these. I suspect all would be fine if you only needed an exchange.

The outsoles wore out after only 5 or 6 times. Also, there's very little cushion for the heel which led to Achilles pain after playing tennis. Even when using them for walking they lead to pain because they're so poorly made, and oddly they're advertised to relieve the very type of pain they cause. But the fact that they break down after only a few uses, pure crap.

So, the shoes did not fit, fine. That happens. But DO NOT TRUST THEM. Getting a return lable is incredibly difficult. They wanted me to take photos of the shoes and then said they couldn't see the photos. That could be true, I suppose. Every place evaluates the condition of the shoes when they are received. This is ridiculous as my shoes were unworn and pristine

This poor moving company that has the same name as a model of shoe from CUURT called "MUUV". They are getting all sorts of bad reviews (for shoes) that have nothing to do with their company because people are confusing them with CUURT!!

MUUV shoes provide ZERO TRACTION on indoor wood pickleball courts; they are DANGEROUS to wear indoors! They’re ok for outdoor pickleball play. Also, I don't care for the way the shoes look.
