Running a nationwide company, this is the worst service department I have dealt with in my 20 years of experience. Dropping equipment off for warranty work, it has been taking an average of 2 weeks to get anything back. It is difficult to run a business with this kind of service. It is unfortunate this is the only John Deere dealer in the area.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I went in this morning to purchase a Toro snow blower with an electric start. My neighbors went with me, the price on the tag was $399.00. The salesman told us that is the price for the October sale and even if we had a trade in the price would be the same. He said the price in November would be $459.00 and if we had a trade in then the price would go down to $399.00. The tag showing $399.00 did not state with trade in and the salesman did not mention the price was higher if there wasn't a trade in this morning. I told him I would buy it. When he wrote the ticket up and ran my credit card he ran it at $459.00. I questioned it and he said that is the price without a trade in. I said that isn't what he said and the tag doesn't say anything about a trade in only that it is an October Sale. I told him the website was $399.00. He said he doesn't have anything to do with the website and argued that he told us the $399.00 was with a trade in and the price without a trade was $459.00. I brought a trade in with me and when he told us there wasn't anything off the $399.00 for a trade I told my neighbor's son he could have my old one and sell it and keep the money. The salesman heard me say that and didn't correct me that $399.00 is with a trade. I asked to talk to a manager, he said he was the manager and had worked there 7 years. By this time he handed me my receipt and a receipt showing he refunded my money. He knew I wasn't going to fall for the games they were playing. I then went home, went online and bought the same model from Home Depot for $399.00 with free delivery. I tried to buy local but local plays games!

They sold me a part they didn’t even have and apparently couldn’t get, charged me and waited days to tell me they wouldn’t be shipping it. I knew I should have bought through a retailer I’ve actually heard of and can trust. I would recommend buying elsewhere if you really need the part.

Taking too long to ship out. No updates

Way to slow with shipping my parts, Even though the parts I ordered were the correct ones I had to re-purchase them through a different supplier in order to make my customer happy Wont use. or recommend their service's to anyone in the future..

Called these people back on a web order I placed that I felt wasn't described properly to the part I received. Person I called said the right person to talk to was not there. Took my contact information and said they would call me back. They never called back! I'll never order from these people again!
