Had riding mower sent in for a tune up and sharpen blades. When returned the mower would not start. Asked to fix this issue by someone with more knowledge. Was told original repair person had been fired. The mower was returned a second time and the latch holding down the hood was broken. When called Mutton, explained the problem and service agent on phone asked if "do you have anything else to complain about?". Agent said he would look into the complaint and call back. Still waiting. Biggest issue: The owner is in her mid 70's, a widow and suffers from lymphoma.

Terrible customer service I was told twice mower would be delivered on a specific day and it never happened. No call to explain just didn’t show up.

Came in with scuff marks and no nuts and bolts to install it

Called today to get pricing on an item on the website - the part had no price, stated it was on a winter discount and to call to get pricing. I called to speak with sales, got a guy and he basically forgot about me. I had several people pick up and ask who I was holding for, and left me on the line. I was on the line for 20 minutes. The lady I spoke with originally came on after about fifteen minutes and asked if I was still holding for sales, I said yes, and she sighed and was like "oh jeeze". Maybe this is a regular thing with the Mutton Power sales team? A different guy ended up picking up the phone, I told him that I had been waiting on the line for over 20 minutes and he just made excuses, had no pricing for me. No sympathy, just an argument. I'll go elsewhere for my implement needs - two of which I was planning on purchasing today. Mutton Power lost my business and my recommendations for others.

Ordered an item online, waited over a week and checked back, the item has still not even shipped, They do not stock the items they sell. They get your order and then order it from their supplier. If you want it fast, DO NOT buy from this company.

I brought my snowblower in for a repair recently. The snowblower was originally purchased at the store. They repaired it I was able to use it for a very short time before breaking. Took it back and they tried to charge me A phenomenal amount of money more! They said that something must’ve gone wrong since the unit left the shop! We barely used the unit actually we used our son machine in conjunction with ours. so in essence we used our “repaired“ unit for approximately 30 minutes before it malfunctioned. I would never trust the store with repairs in the future!

Delivery time too long. I will not purchase again ever from here this website.

Took a month to fix my mower. The only reason I used to go there is we knew the sales man. Then he got replaced with a new sales guy that Doesn’t want my business. He always puts 10 people in front of me I mean I’m only 15 but I spend a lot of money there. So I switched brands to kubota and I go to mores farm store much better place that actually wants my business
