I bought a 'refurbished' system, it arrived in a box barely together, looked like it fell off a truck. Seems to work fine though.

For some reason the delivery was delayed by about a week. I do appreciate the fact that I was issued a $5.00 refund. Otherwise my experience was fine.

I recently ordered a sound system for an event, but unfortunately one of the units isn’t working properly. Additionally, the mixer or mixing console has an issue where the right side knob doesn’t function, along with a few other technical problems, we would like to return the equipment and request a replacement or refund.
