Sheraz from “Sheraz and Mustafa Travels” was very helpful in our umrah trip. This is our second trip with this company because they create good packages and good prices. Sheraz was very helpful before and during the trip because he kept contact with us and made sure everything was going according to plan. He also had showed us a great variety of packages that fit different budgets. I would recommend using this for your umrah needs.

Sheraz from the company “Sheraz & Mustafa Travels” was a great help in out trip for Umrah. He communicated very well with us before, during, and after the trip. The packages he made were reasonably priced and he also gave plenty of options to choose from, which he explained well. Sheraz also checked on us once we got to the hotel to make sure everything was according to standards. The packages improved our umrah experience and made everything much more conveniently. I was happy with my experience.

Our family recently booked our Umrah trip through Rafay and Mustafa Travels, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care truly set them apart. From the moment we began planning, Rafay at Mustafa Travels was incredibly responsive and patient—answering every question, accommodating special requests, and ensuring every detail was handled seamlessly. During the trip, their support didn’t stop. They stayed in touch throughout, making sure everything—from transportation and hotel check-ins to guidance in Makkah and Madinah—went smoothly and comfortably for our entire family. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. It felt less like dealing with a travel agency and more like being cared for by trusted friends who genuinely wanted us to have a meaningful and worry-free Umrah. We are deeply grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend Rafay and Mustafa Travels to anyone planning an Umrah or any other journey. They truly go above and beyond to make the experience memorable and blessed

With Rafay and Mustafa travels, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was polite, attentive, and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Our family had an unforgettable Umrah experience two weeks ago, and we owe much of that to Rafay from Mustafa Travel. From the moment we booked, Rafay ensured every detail was handled with care. The hotels—Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency in Makkah and Anwar Al Madinah in Madinah—were perfectly located, comfortable, and included delicious buffet breakfasts. The transportation arrangements, including the 7-seater SUV, made our travel between cities smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the comprehensive Ziyarats in both Makkah and Madinah, which allowed us to focus on the spiritual journey without worrying about logistics. Rafay was always available with 24/7 customer support, promptly answering our questions and providing guidance whenever needed. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for our comfort truly stood out. We are deeply grateful to Rafay and Mustafa Travel for making this sacred journey seamless, comfortable, and memorable. We highly recommend their services to anyone planning their Umrah.

Alhamdulillah our first Umrah through Mustafa Travels and Tour with brother Abdul Rafi was a wonderful yet a great experience. He made my umrah much easier than I thought especially travelling with my two older children. Brother Abdul Rafi is the best in organizing everything from booking the flight, hotels both in Makkah and Madina, and transportation for the whole entire stay from here in NY. I truly grateful for all his tireless efforts and hardworking in making my Umrah a memorable one alhamdulillah. May Allah bless Brother Rafi and family more and more for all the guidance especially for first time travellers in Shaa Allah. I highly recommend brother Rafi from Mustafa Travels for Umrah and Hajj for anyone looking forward to going.

He made the travel easy. He is a Very strong communicator. Always reassured me with all my needs and made sure my trip was pleasant. Highly recommend for any travelers especially women!

Rafay was very helpful and prompt to answer all the questions we had during reservations and throughout our trip. We had a good experience booking our Umrah trip with Mustafa travels. Their team checked up with us before our arrival to makkah and Madina and followed up during our trip. Their onsite transportation manager is nice, the drivers arrangements can be better but overall the team did a good job in delivering great service. If I could give more than 5 starts to Rafay, I would due to his professionalism and continuous follow up. I am recommending him and Mustafa travels to my family and friends for future Umrah and Hajj travels inshAllah.
